Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for a Sales Representative to manage current accounts and build up new business in a territory covering IL, WI, IN and MI.

Are you a results-driven Sales Representative that actively seeks out and engages customer prospects? This Sales Representative position is for you! In this role, you will provide solutions for customers to increase revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Responsibilities include establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. You must be willing to travel to surrounding areas and be self-motivated with excellent communication skills. This position has flexible work hours and is base pay plus commission.



  • Present, promote and sell products/services to current and potential customers
  • Establish, develop, and maintain customer relationships and responsible for annual sales
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and continuously improve through feedback
  • Travel to customers and prospects in the IL, WI, IN and MI area
  • Support team with daily needs including: answering phones, helping customers, coverage for office, packing and shipping and other duties as assigned


  • Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system preferred
  • Must possess prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated, experienced, and target driven in sales field
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations and have excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent


  • Pay: $15.00/hr base pay plus commission
  • Part Time: 20 - 30 hours/week  Flexible Schedule
