We are looking for multiple DIRECT HIRE AND  ENTRY LEVEL Technicians / Operators. 
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL 

Pay: $19.25 / hr. STARTING salary for all employees


  • Direct Hire
  • Built in overtime paid at $26.25/hr.

  • Full time hours and pay while only working 15 days PER month!
  • Paid Training + Holiday pay
  • Schedules planned and provided 1 year in advance
  • Promotions available after 6 months, yearly salary reviews and raises!
  • NO skills required, willing to fully train A to Z for new candidates.

Looking for : New high school graduates, stay at home parents looking to re-enter the workforce, candidates with retail, restaurant, public service, manual labor or healthcare experience that are looking for a change to a job with advancement potential, clean and temperature-controlled environment with a steady schedule with a 3-day weekend every other week.

Operate molding and assembly machines and pack finished product. 

  • Monitor machines in your designated zone
  • Complete visual inspection of product per production specification for defects every 1 to 2 hours
  • Report identified visual defects to Supervisor or Operator Technician III.
  • Complete production and workstation documentation as required.
  • Package and label product per customer specification inside and outside of the clean rooms (this may include the following or alternate responsibilities: forming/taping and labeling boxes, lifting product from totes into boxes, placing boxes on pallets, and returning empty totes to clean room.)

  • Ability to work overnight shifts
  • Understand, Speak, Read and Write fluently in English
  • Basic Math Skills
