SALES ORDER/PURCHASING SPECIALIST
- Order Entry
- Purchase Receipts
- On boarding Mobile Techs
- Miscellaneous tasks as time & expertise allow
ANSWER PHONES
- Manage calls
- Take service calls & enter into system
- Transfer to individual or voicemail
- Take message if advised
- Answer questions & give directions
CUSTOMER SERVICE

WHOLESALE BACK UP
- Quote wholesale customers
- Write wholesale customer orders
- Invoice wholesale customers
- Manage wholesale customers AR balances
- Communicate special needs with warehouse
DELIVERIES
- Large pick ups
