Goodwill TalentBridge and our client located in Antioch, IL are looking for an Operations Assistant to join their team.
SUMMARY
Your responsibilities as an Operations Assistant include supporting the operations manager with day-to-day business operations. Reviewing and overseeing documents for inefficiencies and errors, preparing reports for senior management, and ensuring compliance with all minimum wage regulations. You must have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
SCHEDULE:
Monday through Friday plus overtime as needed; Hours are 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23-$25 an hour based on experience

Location: Antioch (onsite)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research, track, and document problems and discrepancies
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
- Research and contact contractors to repair things within the building
- Assist with creating spreadsheets and reports
- Follow additional instructions and perform additional work-related duties as directed by the supervisor.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual fluent in Spanish and English
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish Fluently
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Must be able to perform in a highly confidential environment
- Must have strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel & Outlook
- Proficient with Excel and spreadsheets (vLookup, pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
