Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting an Office 365 Administrator who will design, build, implement, and support an Office 365 (O365) platform.  This is a direct hire opportunity placed at a global non-profit organization

This position will work in collaboration with IT and other internal stakeholders to integrate applications that support O365 solutions and provide training to IT and staff.   Mondays-Fridays, 8 AM - 5 PM located in downtown Milwaukee.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Designs, builds, implements, and supports the O365 platform.
  • Researches, develops, and deploys Office 365 (O365) solutions for internal business partners, including delivering proof of concepts.
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maximize O365 functionality and user experience.
  • Performs all aspects of the O365 ongoing administration including availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, backup, and security.
  • Leads technical discussions with stakeholder/internal customers that drive decisions and implementation.
  • Partners with IT and other work groups for the integration of applications that support Office 365 solutions.
  • Provides training on O365 solution offerings, as well as IT orientation and security training.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in an Office 365 support and design capacity. Microsoft O365 certifications are preferred.
