We are looking for candidates between 18-24 for our grant program. This program comes with helpful tips and a case worker to help candidates on their career path.

Goodwill TalentBridge staffing agency is working with a premier client in Naperville, IL for a Part-Time Membership Specialist. As a Membership Specialist, you will be the face of the front desk greeting and welcoming members and guests. You will actively interact and engage with members and guests, determining their needs and offering solutions to meet those needs.

Pay: Starting at $15.86 an hour

Schedule: Part-time. Various shifts available

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all members, program participants and prospects in a friendly and polite manner, and always with a smile.
  • Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to members, program participants and guests.
  • Respond to general inquiries received in-person or via telephone.
  • Keep the Member Greeter Station neat, clean and organized at all times.
  • Adhere to policy of no eating, drinking or cell phone usage at the Member Greeter Station.
  • Attend all required staff meetings and trainings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have high school diploma or GED.
  • One year of member relations or customer service preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Must be able to work a variety of hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
