Offering a hybrid-remote work environment, Meeting Registrar’s are responsible for acting as a liaison to registration vendors and clientele.

  • Coordination & Management of the Registration Process: includes on-site and annual/global conferences while supporting in-person meetings and virtual events.

  • Vendor Management & Contract Negotiations: Manage registration relations; Coordinate & Schedule Meetings; Contract Pricing & Negotiations.

  • Confirmations, Timeline & Scheduling: Manage timelines, meetings, schedules, and processes’ while ensuring updates are provided on the website and app; Prepare confirmation for registration, includes Visa instructions and certificate of attendance.

  • Preparation of Materials & Reporting: Provide weekly registration reports, update forms, and order all registration related materials such as ribbons, badge holder, lanyards, tickets, headsets, etc.

  • Organizational Structure & Event Planning: Work with staff and vendors to design floor plan and demographic breakdown; Act as a liaison to task force director; Assist in managing events.

Requirements:

M-F; two days in office, three days work from home!

$50k - starting salary, negotiable.
