Offering a hybrid remote work environment, Meeting Planners are responsible for the management of global conference events and projects while acting as a liaison for vendors and clientele.

  • Full cycle management of global conference events and logistical preparations: Agenda’s & Manuals, RSVP’s & Invitations, Venue Selection, Negotiation & Preparation, Menu’s & Catering, Volunteer Management, Seating Arrangements.

  • Timeline, Reporting & Presentation Management: Rehearsals, Scripts, Breakouts, Schedules, includes year-round preparation, orientation, and correspondence. Manage quarterly reports and oversee Postmortem reporting.

  • Leadership & Global Council Staff Liaison: Liaison to Traffic General Task Force, arrange conferences, onboard new task force liaison, ensure task force is prepared for on-site duties.

  • Organizational Structure & Sponsorship Management: Ensure sponsorship fulfillment using ConneXion Zone; Create floor plans for sponsorship booths and print materials; Ensure space for discussion areas, fun zones and speaker zones.  

  • Vendor Management: Manage website vendor and work with other vendors to manage budgets, including hotels.

 

 

 

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL SET 

  • Bachelor's degree and/or three or more years' experience
  • CMP Certification
  • Relationship Management – Member & Stakeholder
  • Vendor Management & Contract Negotiations
  • Sponsorship Management
  • Project & Budget Management
  • Event & Conference Planning
  • Effective Communication
  • Full vaccination for COVID-19 is required!


M-F; two days in the office, three days remote (M,T / TH, F - office closed on Wednesday's). 
$65k+ - starting salary, negotiable.
