Offering a hybrid-remote work environment, the Meeting Services Coordinator is responsible for acting as a Team Lead for the Committee Meetings Dept and MCI regarding the Asian Committee Meeting.

  • Meeting Coordination & Logistics: partner with individuals in the organization, arrange logistics for meetings (15-80 people in size), venues, and travel arrangements; Secure housing, hotel arrangements, shuttle needs, meeting space requests and dinner locations; manage RFP’s; design floor plan and ensure interpretation booths;

  • Contract & Vendor Management: prepare and manage contracts; work directly with hotels and venues for billing purposes; manage contract negotiations; coordinate pre and post meetings with vendors

  • Registration & Admin: coordinate the registration process for members; order registration and print materials; provides registration updates via the website and app; prepares attendee list and maintains contact list.

 

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years’ meetings experience
  • Previous experience coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, meeting spaces, hotel stays, and more.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Full vaccination for COVID-19 is required!


M-F; two days in office, three days work from home!

$50k - starting salary, negotiable.
