Goodwill TalentBridge is currently hiring for a contract Market Research Analyst. This role is a 6month+ contract located in Lincolnshire IL.

1st shift M-F

8am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5pm

Primary responsibilities:
1. Manage planning of quantitative research project to meet management’s strategic goals, including preparation of reports to appropriate target audiences
2. Assist in non-quantitative, primary/secondary market research projects through data collection, consolidation and analyses
3. Automate and/or deliver routine reports with other key stakeholders to increase efficiencies and market insight
4. Provide second level support for CRC, webinars and e-marketing projects including CRC/Webinar inquiries support and website analytics/insights
5. Validate the integrity of marketing database to ensure the quality of market insights
6. Assist in developing market research reports under tight deadlines by balancing speed, quantity and quality

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Science in Marketing/Business/Social Science/Psychology or related field with emphasis on quantitative skills. Basic training and knowledge in both primary and secondary market research tools and methodology. Training and knowledge in general database design concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, including basic skills in MS-Access. Advanced Skills in MS-Excel, MS-Word and MS-PowerPoint
  • Must have strong communication skills. Interact directly/indirectly with customers through interviews and surveys. Interact directly with vendors. Good writing skills to generate reports of research findings.
  • Strong organization and time management skills are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Must be able to manage time to complete multiple projects simultaneously. Must be able to understand and analyze problems and initiate problem-solving processes in a timely manner.
