Our client, an established Milwaukee manufacturer, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support essential office functions for their busy sales team. This role will interface with customers, enter and prepare shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments and support the sales team with administrative matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, computer and software savvy with business office experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a direct hire role with competitive hourly pay and full benefits.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Process sales orders into company ERP systems
Create certifications for each order
Ensure documentation is updated and correct for order shipment
Monday - Friday 1st Shift, 8am-430pm (flexible)
