Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Line Assemblers to work in the Libertyville, IL area.
SUMMARY
Contribute to the goals of the teams by assembling high quality tools in a cost effective and safe manner, meet production targets and actively participate in improving plant practices and procedures.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

- Maintains safe and neat work area(s)

- Follows work instructions o Follows line procedures and timing
- Follows parts ordering, cycle counts, and cleaning procedures at appropriate time

Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of related assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools,
- Interpret visual aids and be able to perform simple math.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in written form effectively with co-workers, other departments
SCHEDULE
FULL TIME OPPORTUNITIES ON 1ST SHIFT & 2ND SHIFT:
- 1st Shift : 6:00 am - 2:30 pm - Pay: $13.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm - Pay: $14.50/hr
