Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Line Assemblers to work in the Libertyville, IL area.

Position Summary: Contribute to the goals of the teams by assembling high quality tools in a cost effective and safe manner, meet production targets and actively participate in improving plant practices and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

o Maintains safe and neat work area(s)

o Follows safety procedures, i.e., exercise, safety glasses, etc.

o Brings unsafe conditions to the attention of management

o Follows work instructions o Follows line procedures and timing

o Follows parts ordering, cycle counts, and cleaning procedures at appropriate time

Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of related assembly experience preferred, ability to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines.

Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools, interpret visual aids and be able to perform simple math.

Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in written form effectively with co-workers, other departments.
