Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Line Assemblers to work in the Libertyville, IL area.

 

SUMMARY:
Contribute to the goals of the teams by assembling high quality tools in a cost effective and safe manner, meet production targets and actively participate in improving plant practices and procedures.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Work Quality/Job Performance

  • Maintains safe and neat work area(s)
  •  Follows safety procedures, i.e., exercise, safety glasses, etc.
  • Brings unsafe conditions to the attention of management
  • Follows work instructions - Follows line procedures and timing
  • Follows parts ordering, cycle counts, and cleaning procedures at appropriate time

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  •  High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of related assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Use and be familiar with assembly and measuring tools
  • Interpret visual aids and be able to perform simple math.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in written form effectively with co-workers, other departments

SCHEDULE

  • 2nd Shift - Full Time
  • 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
  • Pay: $18.00/hr
