$16.00/HR-$18.00/HR
As the Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all tenants and customers. Duties include and are not limited to the following:
- Assist tenants and staff onsite with requests, complaints, or any questions they may have.
- Work with new potential tenants, providing tours of the property and reviewing lease and rental information.
- Review leases for existing and new tenants.
- Work with renewals.
- Collect payments for rent.
- Documentation; Filing; Clerical Duties.
