Goodwill TalentBridge has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Lead Recruiting Consultant to join our TalentBride team in Niles, IL.

Description:

As the Lead Recruiting Consultant, your teammates will look to you for your recruitment expertise and guidance in filling tricky roles and best recruiting techniques as well as things like navigating sensitive customer or candidate conversations.

Our ideal candidate has a 2-5 years of Sr. Recruitment experience, is collaborative, has exceptional communication skills, and is technically savvy. We are also seeking someone who thinks quick on their feet and has the ability to not only anticipate challenges and devise solutions in the moment.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs all talent acquisition functions including necessary research, networking, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and manages the on-boarding/placement process.
  • Responsible for managing the customer experience to include ensuring overall client satisfaction, trouble shooting, interpreting client talent requirements, providing recommendations on talent competencies, and consulting on current hiring trends.
  • Provide employee relations support with contract employees and work directly with customer contacts to monitor employee performance.
  • Accountable for meeting placement goals and achieving gross margin targets.
  • Participate in weekly meeting providing regular updates to management and team as well as offering insights on current hiring trends and top talent that’s readily available.
  • May partner with teammates to advance their development by offering guidance on recruiting techniques, best practices, and conducting difficult conversations with candidates and/or customers.
  • Accompany leadership and sales team on sales calls, customer tours, and client check in’s.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of Senior Level Recruitment Experience
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal HR laws that are applicable to work place.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license for travel to Goodwill training's, meetings, and customer locations.
  • Two years of college education or experience equivalency, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
