Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting qualified candidates to work as Inside Sales Coordinators in the Glendale area.

Under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, provide general technical and sales support to internal sales team as well as outside sales representative and customers.

Job Duties:

  • Understand the dynamics of each distinct market
  • Understand the dynamics of each quoted order including but not limited to budget pricing, competitive bid information, representative's position, job information, for the purpose of contributing to top line sales growth and bottom line net income
  • Be capable of providing price quotations to representatives as directed individually and / or by department policy
  • Maintain effective dialog with representatives and specifiers to determine customer needs and market information related to quote requests
  • Build and maintain relationships with representatives
  • Enter sales orders in concept and schedule, print & verify commissions in QAD, when needed
  • Process RGAs and credits
  • Process expedites, special orders, cancellation, and order changes
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Other job duties / projects as assigned



  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service
  • Fundamentals of Lighting Class (ED 100), required after employment
  • Knowledge of commercial lighting industry, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent Communication (written and verbal)
  • Excellent multi-tasking and problem solving
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to understand concept, QAD, and database systems

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $21.00 /hour
