Looking for 1 ENTRY LEVEL Inbound customer service representative to work in Wheeling, IL.
- 1st shift Monday through Friday - WEEKENDS OFF!
- 9am-5:30pm schedule

Responsibilities
- Inbound calls 50+ a day
- Collect caller demographics and create new profiles
- Open / Create tickets for Callers technical issues / errors
- Transfer calls to Technical support team in a timely manner
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Reception or Customer Service experience
- 1-2 years of computer / clerical experience [data entry]
- Bilingual [Spanish and English] is preferred
- High School Diploma
- A strong willing attitude to learn new tasks
- Team player
- Time Management skills [i.e arriving to work on time, taking calls in a timely manner, escalating calls to tech support team in a limited time, etc.]
