Goodwill TalentBridge is actively recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator in the North Chicago/ Waukegan area! Responsible for all duties associated with the front office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professionally answers the telephone and connects calls accordingly
  • Process weekly payroll by checking time cards, managing time off requests, adding sick/vacation time, and generating reports
  • Records employee information such as attendance, disciplinary action, and termination dates
  • Assist with editing human resources communications content including company announcements, presentations, policies, forms, training material, and job descriptions etc.
  • Plans and conducts new employee/temporary orientation to foster a positive attitude toward company goals
  • Provides clerical and admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree or one to three years of related experience plus Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and PowerPoint
  • Must have ADP payroll experience using the etime platform for timekeeping.
  • Excellent attendance
  • Good attention to detail

SCHEDULE
Long-term, contract to hire opportunities 1st Shift
M-F + OT as scheduled including weekends.

  • 1st Shift: 7:00AM-4:00PM;Pay:$18-$20/HR based on experience
