We are looking for 1 experienced candidate to join our Human resources team in Wheeling IL as an HR Coordinator
This role is 1st shift Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Daily Duties:
- Assist in Weekly and Bi-Weekly payroll duties for internal and temporary employees
- Assist with employees inquiring about company policies and general HR concerns
- Maintain personnel files via HRIS
- Assist with employees inquiring about benefits and enrolling
- Oversee employee leaves / FMLA / Short term disability leaves, etc.
- Data Entry and Administrative duties
- Assist in running community impact committee
- Assist in recruiting and hiring / onboarding procedures
