Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting Hand Soldering Technicians [Post Wave Solderer's] to work in the Elk Grove Village, IL.

JOB CONTENTS:

• Must be able to use hand tools such as torque screwdrivers, pliers, and pneumatic presses
• Place components in corresponding bins & label with corresponding assembly number, location and part number.
• Must work well with others in a team setting and follow the instructions of the group leader
• Must be able to solder through-hole components, SMT components and wires
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions to build, de-panel, insert/placement of components, pre-form components using various hand tools ranging from pliers to torque screwdrivers.
• Must be able to stand or sit for duration up to 4 hours periodically to work depending on job assignment.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
• Must be willing to work overtime when necessary to fulfill customer orders
• Any other duty your manager assigns.
