Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for a Filing Clerk to work in the Des Plaines, IL area.

Update systems either by key entering information, scanning of documents or a combination of both. This position is in place to assist other operational areas meet their service level agreements in place with clients. Key areas the OSS group partners with are: VOR, Compliance Services, Client Services, and Integrations. 


  • Identify, sort and batch hard-copy documents to be processed
  • Receive data files from clients, vendors and internal operational areas for processing as instructed
  • Key enter information, accurately and efficiently utilizing a variety of software packages. Maintain department standards
  • Scan/Image documents to department standards for speed and accuracy. Make determination for proper scanner settings and computer paths. Maintain department standards
  • Create and/or transfer various electronic files to image repository
  • Perform equipment maintenance as directed
  • Maintain departmental records as specified
  • Retrieve specified documents for immediate processing as requested
  • Communicate with internal clients as necessary for problem resolution
  • Understand and comply with daily job schedules/work flow
  • Maintain accurate notes on multiple job processes
  • Process daily mailings performed by Office Support Services
  • Be available to assist within the department and with other groups and departments within Wheels as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months experience in a professional environment utilizing basic computer skills
  • Key enter data to department standards of speed and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills requires, including Windows, Word and Excel
  • Ability to communicate problems encountered with information being processed, both verbally and in written format


  • 8am - 5pm
  • PAY: $15.00/hr
