Goodwill TalentBridge along with our client is currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to work in the Brookfield, WI area

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Provide accurate and timely phone support to customers and assist with machine applications and repairs.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Setup, install, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Artos machines in-house or at customer sites.
  • Set-up and coordinate in-house run-offs with customer’s applications.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area in-house and at customer sites.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Support production with new machine repairs.
  • Report machine problems to provide feedback to production and Engineering.
  • Perform software updates to customers machines.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures as stated in the quality system documentation manual, the safety manual and the employee handbook.
  • Ability to speak and communicate technical information in Spanish.

Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in electronics or related experience
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with skills in training, installing and repairing various models of industrial micro-processor controlled equipment.
  • MS-Office
  • General personal computer knowledge.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and drawing.

  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Must have a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing units to ensure the work is accurate and complete.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Prolonged standing, sitting, stooping, bending.
  • Frequent travel.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Valid Passport.
