Seeking an industry-savvy Field Support Engineer for our US operations reporting to the US General Manager in the US Regional Office in Arlington Heights IL.
The US Field Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting the Group's sales activities and customer base in the US. spanning the Gaming, Amusement, Vending and Carwash markets while also managing the technical support requirements of the US customer base.
Assist sales activities while maintaining the highest level of customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer-focused role managing and coordination of all technical field support activities with the customers
- Work closely with the sales team to provide higher level technical advice and support.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage and supervise customer technical support issues
Attend Trade Shows as required
Requirements:
Key Experience & Capabilities
• Electronic and/or Electrical technical qualifications
• Background in currency handling equipment is highly desirable
• Industry experience is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Strong MS-Office experience
