Job Description:

Executive Administrative support  for the Chief Administrative Officer, including but not limited to: calendar management, travel, and expenses, project coordination, team event coordination, meeting management. 

  • Ideal candidate should have a solid administrative background and can work effectivly  across multiple departments in an organization.
  • A self starter, someone that  can easily adapt to a rapidly changing environment and takes initiative to be one step ahead.
  • Who can manage a full plate with expertise and can navigate their way
  • Excellent follow through and communication skills


Job Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Assisting with planning and coordinating team/organization events 
  • Working collaboratively with the administrative and executive assistant team, in positive partnership to support each other 
  • Being the first point of contact for questions, issue resolution, and requests directed towards the CAO and surrounding departments
  • Helping with coordination of operations team logistics, including working closely with other executive assistants in the company 
  • Additional leadership support as needed 
  • Working collaboratively with the administrative and executive assistant team,
  • Hybrid 3 days on-site 2 days at home
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • High level of interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility with an energy and desire to tackle new projects 
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, PowerPoint and calendar management
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to act independently
  • Ability to work occasional extended hours if required
