Temporary to Perm Arrangement
Hybrid Remote-3 days in office 2 days work from home!
37-hour full-time work week!
8 am – 4:30 pm * flexible start hours / depending on departments
Salary from 65-70K annually
Summary
The role of the Advanced Education and Resident Affairs Associate involves assisting the manager with various operational and administrative tasks related to the planning, execution, and management of advanced education programs, as well as activities for residents and faculty members. The associate is mainly responsible for providing support to the division in its efforts to ensure the smooth running of these programs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Agenda preparation and dissemination
- Coordinate meeting logistics, travel and hotel arrangements along with In-house meeting arrangements
- Coordination of mailings/communications
- Assist in the creation of content for residents electronic alerts and newsletters and faculty alerts
- Assist in the implementation of actions and activities of the committee
- Develop content for resident social media platforms
- Develop and distribute annual resident verification mailings
- Maintain postings for available resident, faculty, internship, externship, and fellowship opportunities
- Review and assemble award applications
- Assist in the implementation of an online learning portal
- Conduct quarterly audits to all AEPA web pages, as related to advanced education and professional affairs
Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned by the Manager, Advanced Education and Resident Affairs.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient writing skills
- Experience in copy editing and social media management
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
- Committee liaison experience
- Previous association management preferred
