Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client partner, O&H Bakers, are currently recruiting for Direct Hire Packaging Associates to work in the Racine area.

Direct Hire Positions $10/hr  Must be flexible to work on all lines listed below.

Packaging Line Positions -  1st and 3rd Shift Openings

Ringer

• Place a ring in the middle of the Kringle/good hand dexterity
• Quality oriented
• On feet all day long
• Fast paced
• Longer hours (need to stay later to get the job done)
• Deep cleaning done on Fridays
• Must be able to read and write English

Bagger

• Must have great hand speed
• Fast paced
• Constant reaching and twisting
• On feet all day long
• Daily equipment cleaning
• All applicants must be 5’8” or shorter in height due to bending requirements
• Must be able to read and write English

Packer

• WILL BE WORKING IN THE COOLER – dress warm and keep track of the pallets
• Must be able to count, will be counting the trays and recording how many are on the pallet – will be writing how many on the pallet label. MUST BE ACCURATE!!
• Quality control/attention to detail
• Daily equipment cleaning
• Must be able to read and write English

Catcher

• Constantly moving up & down
• Will place Kringle racks in freezer
• Pushing 20 lbs
• Daily equipment cleaning
• Must be able to read and write English
