$50k - starting salary, negotiable based on experience.
Hybrid; 2 days in office / 3 remote

The Data Analyst Specialist works to support multiple departments by analyzing and reporting data. Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering data from multiple departments
  • Analyzing data
  • Generating reports
  • Delivers first draft of analysis projects
  • Utilizes Power Bi for standard reporting 
  • Develops early drafts of surveys, and ad hoc surveys, with support from the Research Manager
  • Administers surveys providing invitations, status, participation reminders, and initial analysis 
  • Serves as a note taker for focus groups and information gatherings 
  • Assists with special projects as assigned 

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability to work with spreadsheets and analyze data 
  • 3-5 years' experience in data analysis, data visualization, survey execution, and data clean up
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SAS, and Excel 
  • Bachelors degree in Math, Statistics, or Economics
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills 
  • COVID 19 Vaccination
