37 hour work week!

OVERVIEW
The Data Analyst will research, analyze, and create simple to complex SQL queries and stored procedures to extract information from the Personify SQL Server database. They will also use Personify developer and resources to modify screens and implement simple functionality changes within the AMS including adding fields and modifying views.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Create and modify queries and reports utilizing SQL Server/TSQL, Crystal Reports, and SAP Business Objects. Work directly with departments on requirements for operational reports and data files.
  • Build and maintain analytical reporting/dashboards.
  • Perform extraction, transformation, and loading of data from disparate sources and ensure its integrity.
  • Develop and maintain email notifications including underlying complex data selection stored procedures and html coding.
  • Assist with database and application upgrades including acceptance testing and implementing new database functionality.
  • Facilitate integrations between the AMS and external systems.
  • Develop scripts proactively to monitor and report data integrity.
  • Using Personify’s development tools, provide user interface and simple functionality enhancements.
  • Administer configuration of Personify’s public-facing eBusiness environment, currently DNN, code-provided content in HTML as needed, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Modify Business Object Universes within AMS to enable other staff to pull reliable data using Business Objects.
  • Create documentation on processes and procedures used in performance of assigned duties.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in IT or two to three years related experience and/or training
  • Working knowledge and experience with SQL Server databases and TSQL queries, triggers, and procedures
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with Crystal Reports and SAP Business Objects preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI or similar data analytics software
  • Experience working with Association Management Systems preferred (preferably Personify)
  • Experience with html, web development technologies, and web application frameworks and content management systems (DNN) preferred
