Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our manufacturing client, is currently recruiting for a Data Administrator to work in the Racine, WI area.

Maintain, audit, and coordinate the information flow for item master & Bills of Material (BOM) within business systems.


  1. Primary responsibility for the entry and maintenance of all item master and BOM data within business systems.
  2. Coordinate timely gathering of item master and BOM information for R&D Engineering and the other functional departments.
  3. Provide timely communication of item master and BOM changes to all affected departments and personnel.
  4. Actively participate in the ECN process.
  5. Develop and maintain procedure for performing the above listed responsibilities.
  6. Participate in other R&D Engineering process improvement activities as necessary.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.



  • Prefer Associates Degree in manufacturing related area plus minimum three (3) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, or high school diploma plus five years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of the product data management requirements.
  • Proven communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experienced with computer business systems - mainframe and PCs, especially with Microsoft Windows and its applications such as Word and Excel.  Knowledge of J.D. Edwards system is a plus.

Prefer knowledge of products, planning, and manufacturing processes.


  • Part Time/Day Shift (20 hours per week)
  • This is a contract opportunity
  • Pay Rate:  $17-19/hr
