Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to work in the Lincolnshire area. 

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering outstanding service to patients, accounts and internal customers with incoming and outgoing calls. Incoming call volume can be 30+ calls per day. The position is temporary with the potential to go permanent.

Duties include:

  • Troubleshoot customer/patient issues related to product, services and patient enrollment.
  • Register, fulfill and follow-up on home enrollment registrations.
  • Respond to inquiries, complete order fulfillment and provide information to external and internal customers and accounts.
  • Follow up on unreturned devices.


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - especially Outlook.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software: preferred.
  • Previous experience in a medical device/service industry preferred
  • Strong skills with customer service via phone, e-mail, fax or web modalities.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare field.
