- Previous call center and credit union experience
- Able to understand the functions of accounting
- Perform basic math
- Able to perform a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
The position performs member service, referrals and sales in the Call Center. The customer service rep also advises members of appropriate products and services that will help them achieve their financial goals. The position is full time, temporary to potentially permanent. Hours are 9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri with alternating Saturdays, 9am to 1pm.
