Customer Service Representative - Career Opportunity & Great Team Environment - 1st Shift Monday-Friday

Goodwill TalentBridge, in partnership with our client, a national distributor with offices in Oak Creek, WI, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in this direct hire role.  

You will assist clients with order entry and inquiries, order logistics and troubleshooting.  You will interact with both external and internal customers to assure complete customer satisfaction.  The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a customer service setting, call center experience helpful.  Experience working with order entry and high volume customer activity helpful. Candidates must have the ability to multi-task while addressing customer concerns and maintain a professional demeanor.  Bi-lingual language skills a plus!

Essential Duties:

  • Input customer orders
  • Input customer credits
  • Assist customers with orders and problems
  • Contact vendors and request samples for customers
  • Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the publick, customers, vendors and co-workers
  • Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail on a daily basis, writing sample requests and special orders when necessary
  • Attend training and customer service meetings
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
