Actively recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in the Libertyville, IL area!  This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity, previous experience required.

The individual fulfilling this role will work with the supply chain team to enter sales orders into SAP and to serve as a primary point of contact for customers while providing excellent customer service. 

Essential Duties & Functions:

  • Entry and maintenance of sales orders via SAP system; includes standard orders, credits, debits, returns and quotes
  • Direct contact for affiliates on order status, promise dates and order updates
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using the appropriate tools
  • Invoicing of sales orders; commercial invoices and proforma invoices
  • Daily correspondence with Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Purchasing, Labeling, Logistic, Quality, Regional Marketing Managers (RMM) and toll manufacturer to determine production availability.
  • Arrange movement of material with SWABE (EU) warehouse, toll manufacture and freight forwarders.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders on freight quotes, documents, ETD’s, ETA’s and booking documents
  • Daily review of sales orders to ensure proper pricing, promise dates, delivery dates, ETD’s, ETA’s and forecasting information.
  • Review product availability via SAP MRP system
  • Monitor daily open order report for assigned region
  • Month end reports to ensure post goods and invoicing has been completed
  • Uploading of documents to the web portal
  • Monitor general Customer Service email inbox and voicemails
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Must be proficient in SAP and Excel
  • International export experience is a plus
  • Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience
