- Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service or sales organization environment with strong attention to detail and customer focus.
- Ability to handle pressure situations and problem resolution autonomously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and diplomacy required.
- Basic or Intermediate Microsoft Office skills demonstrated ability in Excel and spreadsheet programs.
- Oracle ERP experience a plus.
- Plumbing product knowledge and channel experience a plus.
