SUMMARY

 

In this role, the Customer Experience Specialist is the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email,  or  chat.  The  primary  function  is  to  address  customer  inquiries  regarding  their  licensing  and continuing  education  products,  both  pre-  and  post-purchase,  or  coordinate  inquiry  resolution  by interfacing  with  applicable  internal  departments  on  the  customer’s  behalf.    A  customer  experience specialist is someone whose interactions result in excellent customer relationship management and a positive brand image.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Address  student  inquiries  in  a  friendly  and  professional  manner  and  provide  timely,  accurate resolution via telephone, email, and chat
  • Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experience
  • Use tools and resources available to efficiently and accurately solve problem
  • Follow proper procedures and provide accurate information to customers to remain compliant with state regulations
  • Issue proper certificates to students as they complete their course, online and/or live classes
  • Document customer interactions in the designated systems
  • Complete  outbound  communication  as  needed  via  phone  or  other  methods  to  ensure  timely resolution of customer issues
  • Develop company-specific proficiency in products, content, and departmental procedures
  • Participate as needed with training of new team members.

Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • One year of experience in a Customer Service / administrative role highly preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment required.
  • MS Office Suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) or equivalent
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and client-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member, incorporating supervisor feedback.
  • Ability to construct correspondence that is professional, concise and grammatically correct.
 
SCHEDULE
  • Temp to hire Opportunity
  • Pay: $16.50 dollars per hour 
  • Hours: Mon - Thurs 10:30am - 7:30pm, Fri: 9:30am - 6:00pm, Every other Sat 8am - 4pm
