Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client is recruiting for an Order Entry/Customer Care Representative to work in the Schaumburg, IL area


Our client located in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a dynamic and customer focused team member that is ready to provide a top notch customer experience to their clients.  


  • Answer any questions the customer may have about available products and services
  • Enter customer orders and perform necessary tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Maintain customer relationships by responding to inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints       
  • Setup and resolve problems with customer accounts
  • Forward information to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Provide customers with information on any open orders and invoices
  • Communicate with customers via Live Chat to provide real time help and services
  • Process Sample requests using CRM software



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathy and strong listening skills                  
  • Familiarity with MS Office: Email, Excel, Word, or similar systems
  • Basic Customer Service Skills: desire to help external and internal customers resolve challenges, and take ownership in resolving those challenges
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM Systems or Technology Apps

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Customer Service experience in Manufacturing
