Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client located on the south side of Chicago, are searching for a CRM Application Manager to join their team.


SUMMARY
The CRM Application Manager will oversee the transition of current company applications to a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM based solution. This position is full time direct hire, with salary at $105,000 and a great benefits package! 

The role will work with internal staff from different departments to configure and integrate the people, process and technology into an improved set of business processes. The role will work closely with the IT team and external service providers to build out solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for the CRM solution landscape.
  • Understand and support the Microsoft D365 Sales and Marketing solutions as they have been configured and implemented.
  • Participate in the implementation of the selected software applications and platforms.
  • Partner with business users to document business processes and how technology will enable these processes.
  • Design and support integration across applications leveraging APIs and integration approaches from various third-party systems.
  • Partner with business users to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve the work.
  • Take architectural ownership for the solutions being built.
  • Communicate and document solutions and design decisions.
  • Contribute to technology education via solution walk-thrus, brown bags or tech talks.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and efficient processes and communicate status and metrics to management.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of CRM application experience including 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing or related experience.
  • Experience in Configuration and?Customization?of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM (Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), Web API and SSIS preferred.
  • Strong business process understanding including account management, prospect development, holistic view of a customer / supporter, journey definition and management, campaign / appeal management and how these processes are enabled using modern CRM tools.
  • Experience using a System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working closely with end users, team members, functional owners, and leadership.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
