- Previous cooking experience
- Experience in quantity food production or its’ equivalent
- Basic math skills when adjusting recipes which includes measuring and scaling
- Knowledge of safe and productive use of kitchen machines including mixers, processors, slicers, steamers, and computer-aided ovens
- Ability to work in a kitchen environment which includes enduring temperatures ranging from -8 degrees to 100 degrees
- Must be able to transport and empty food containers with an average weight of 50 lbs.
