Goodwill Talent Bridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for a Contract Leasing Specialist to work in the Oak Creek area.

SUMMARY
This position is accountable for engaging with potential renters, determining needs and scheduling appointments to conduct property tours. The leasing specialist will prepare lease agreements and exhibit top-notch problem-solving skills to improve resident retention.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  1. Meet with prospective residents and present the property and amenities in a positive light
  2. Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our standards and regulations
  3. Conduct credit checks and other background tasks to qualify potential renters
  4. Collect application fees, security deposits and rent payments
  5. Inform residents of any changes to the rental agreement or upcoming evens at the property
  6. Follow-up with prospective renters
  7. Establish rapport with residents and provide personalized service
  8. Record and update details od prospective and existing residents in database

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask during busy periods

Education and/Or Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in real estate, sales or customer service a plus
  • YARDI software preferred
  • Competency in MS office

SCHEDULE:

  • Hours: M-F, 9am-6pm
  • 4-month temporary contract at a 322 unit complex
  • Pay: $16-$18/hr
