Goodwill TalentBridge is actively seeking experienced CNC Operators for one of our clients located in the Batavia-St. Charles, IL area! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity offering a competitive compensation and benefits package. 2 years’ experience operating CNC machines within a manufacturing company is required.
$45-55K annually, plus FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE!
M-F; 2:00PM-10:30PM
Responsible for monitoring and operating CNC machines to ensure quality parts and products are being produced to match drawings and client specifications.
- Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform jobs such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
- Translate engineer drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
- Check machinery daily and make necessary changes to improve results.
- Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.
- Communicate logistic issues that arise and provide timelines to clients.
- Conduct regular CNC machine assessments to ensure machines are operating according to guidelines and standards.
