Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Chemical Operators to work in the Pleasant Prairie, WI area.

  • Produce liquid chemical blends per manufacturing orders
  • Operate pumps, valves and mixers to fill drums, totes and pails
  • Take samples from tanks and containers of blends and raw material
  • Accurately and completely fill out paperwork
  • Heavy moving of drums via handcart
  • Operate sit down forklift
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment
  • Follows all company policies and safety procedures.
  • Label and fill drums
  • Use a wide variety of pumps and hoses to fill tanks and tank trucks
  • Complete required Production Training Requirements
  • Responsibilities involving food safety, when required.
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned



  • Previous chemical manufacturing experience
  • Previous Forklift experience
  • Ability to work 10+ hour days and overtime as needed
  • Ability to wear all safety PPE gear as required, i.e. respirators, gloves, acid suit, goggles, steel-toed work boots
  • Ability to work outdoors all year round, as needed.
  • Heavy lifting and climbing
  • Read and write in English
  • Basic math capabilities


  • 2nd Shift: 4:00PM - 12:30AM; Monday – Friday + OT as required.
  • Pay: $17.00 to $20.00; based on experience
  • Contract to Hire
