Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting qualified candidates to work in the Greenfield area as a CNA. Currently there are temp-to-hire openings for second shift (2:30p - 10:30p).

Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor / manager, this position is responsible for providing various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs, support, and health status of program members.


  • Achieve member outcomes and goals through adherence to standards of care and best practices
  • Interact with members and their families with the highest level of respect, compassion and integrity
  • Identify and/or participating in efforts to continuously improve the quality of member care and services.
  • Fosters member-centered culture on a daily basis
  • Provides honest feedback and ideas
  • Participate in team, department, and site activities, as appropriate
  • Adhere to operational standards and complying with contractual, regulatory, and policy requirements and expectations
  • Assist in identifying and reporting signs and symptoms indicating physical, emotional or behavioral changes in members
  • Maintain accurate and current written records indicating ongoing documentation of services provided
  • Assist with meal services and clean up of the dining area(s)
  • Attend to members' personal care needs during recreation activities, and assists members with the recreation activities and physical activities
  • Under the direction of the RN, provides basic member care and treatments, administers medication and maintains medication systems



  • 1 year of personal or employment experience providing care or services for frail or elderly population
  • Preferred: experience working with individuals with dementia
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant - in good standing on registry
  • Ability to provide coverage for employees, at different sites, on weekends, holidays, and/or on-call coverage
  • Ability to frequently lift and/ or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds, an occasionally up to 100 pounds maximum
