WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?
Demonstrated competency as a C.N.A through certified with State/Federal status on the State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry
Must have the ability to interact diplomatically and effectively with staff, residents, family members, visitors and volunteers
Candidates with an enthusiasm and passion for serving the older adult population; able to demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, ability to be proactive and show compassion for others
Candidates with a positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach to work
Ability to spend 90% of the work shift moving about the work area, extensive walking is required
Physically able to assist and transport residents; must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
