Individuals fulfilling this role will responsible for answering inbound calls, performing a heavy amount of data entry, and assisting customers with questions related to lost/stolen debit cards, fraudulent and non-authorized transactions, reviewing balances, etc.
- Previous customer service experience required. Office or call center experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced call center environment
- Ability to utilize a computer and various software programs. *Training will be provided.
