Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client is currently recruiting Call Center Representatives to work in the Bannockburn area. These are contract roles but could turn into direct hire down the road.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
These individuals would be responsible for answering calls from customers inquiries (either in person or via phone calls) and walking folks through the rental application process. May use an ipad or computer.
Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Must have previous call center experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
SCHEDULE
These positions are temporary for about 7 months to assist with a rental assistance customer support needs. These opportunities have full time hours and the client is located in Bannockburn. Our client is looking for individuals to start the beginning mid-April!
- 1st shift
- Pay is around $15/hr
