Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for a Bilingual HR Recruiting Manager to work in the Rosemont area.

The Recruiting Manager is responsible for developing national recruitment strategies to promote field labor recruitment via traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods. (no direct reports)

Basic Responsibilities:


  • Develops recruitment strategies to achieve needed staffing levels for roofing crews across the company
  • Develops and communicates outreach training programs to improve recruiting and hiring efficiencies
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices and technical schools as a source to generate qualified applicants
  • Directs the efforts and builds the relationship of employment agencies and search firms to generate recruits
  • Uses traditional and creative resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc. to identify and attract candidates


  • Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
  • Researches, develops and communicates Marketing initiatives that promote recruitment
  • Promotes social media and other AI forums that involve recruitment



  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in a Construction related industry
  • Relationship builder and team player - able to develop local HR representatives in a Player/Coach role
  • Professional and tactful yet assertive and highly ethical
  • Experience posting and sourcing candidates through both web-based and grass-roots methods (job posting, data mining of the internet, on-line databases, career fairs, military fairs, open houses, strategic partnerships, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office platform, especially Excel, including strong analytical abilities
