Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Solution and Export Specialist to work in the Wheeling, IL area.

 

SUMMARY

The Bilingual Customer Solution and Export Specialist provides product knowledge and works proactively to lead streamlined processes between departments. The main goal of this position is to provide clear, complete, accurate, and prompt interactions with internal and external customers. You will handle International Export process of equipment, including proper documentation paperwork and provide Customer Service for all customers. Customer Service includes taking orders, placing orders, writing quotes, invoices, scheduling deliveries, and handling complaints in a high call volume environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Ensure correct ordering and pricing for customers in Latin America
  • Handle all customer inquiries through phone and email (sometimes in Spanish and Portuguese)
  • Data entry of parts and machine orders into system
  • Process invoices and returns, and issue credits and rebills
  • Review inventory on all orders for availability and follow production lead times and shipping cutoffs
  • Create customer masters as required by account and pricing.
  • Maintain shared spreadsheets for machine orders, installations, and other communications
  • Create and maintain order templates
  • Drive price uploads, ensure correct pricing, and manage annual price uploads
  • Drive the ECN process and obtain freight quotes as needed
  • Process parts and machine transfers
  • Promptly respond to customer additions, changes, or cancelations
  • Possess export knowledge, document creation and follow up.
  • Conduct annual internal import/export risk assessment audit and coordinate remediation
  • Dispatch open work orders and check that open billable work orders are correctly formatted

Requirements:

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish
  • 2-5 years of Customer Service experience required
  • 2-5 years of Export experience
  • Associates Degree required
  • Must be familiar with Free Trade Agreements, incoterms, Export controls, and Export Laws in the US
  • Experience Creating commercial packing slips and commercial invoices
  • Experience creating and handling SLI (Shipping Letter of Instruction)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills, great written and verbal skills
  • CCS or CES Certifications preferred
  • Experience in a high-volume call center
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong knowledge of Oracle and JD Edwards or equivalent

SCHEDULE

  • Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm (1 hr lunch), OT potential
  • Pay: $26-$29/hr, based on experience
