Goodwill TalentBridge is currently hiring for a Benefits Administrator for a 6+ Month contract.

This Benefits Administrator role will be working Remote*

We are currently seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator who will help in administering the company’s benefits programs including health, wellness, and the company’s retirement plan.

Monday through Friday 40 to 45 hours- 1st shift Flexible hours between 8am to 5:30pm

$25/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the company’s benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, wellness, and group life, disability, and salary continuation and workers ’ compensation programs.
  • Assist with administering the company’s retirement plan working with a plan provider and vendors.
  • Review and approve US benefits life events transactions in UKG benefit prime.
  • Coordinate UK new hire benefit enrollment.
  • Coordinate the company’s leave of absences program.
  • Process monthly billings and the preparation of payments of administrative fees group plans.
  • Conduct Payroll audits including LOA catch up, FSA, HSA and 401K files.
  • Act as a liaison between company and various insurance carriers and plan administrators.
  • Coordinate transfer of data to external contact for services, premiums and plan administrator.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations.
  • Provide timeliness and accuracy of required reports.
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external customers. Assist in developing communication tools to enhance understanding of the company’s benefits package.
  • Distribute materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment and summary plan descriptions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of progressive, benefits administration experience required.
  • 2 year of global compensation experience preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to employee benefits programs and retirement plans.
  • Intermediate MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of HRIS and its report writing capability
  • UKG HRIS knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
