Goodwill TalentBridge, along with our client, is currently recruiting for Machine Operator/Assemblers to work in the New Berlin, WI area.


Make custom design protective bellows out of a variety of rubber, leather, vinyl, aluminum of steel products. Assemble and finish products, lay out, measure, cut bond and assemble bellows.


  • Operate various machines such as press brakes and laser machines
  • Assemble products following work specifications, blueprints, and job orders
  • Meet expected production output
  • Work in a safe, and courteous manner
  • Regular attendance is an expectation of the job
  • Read and understand directions, including job cards and blueprints
  • Assist and maintain all lean practices implemented in the production areas
  • Follow company policies, rules, and regulations in a firm and consistent manner
  • Support the operation focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory




  • High School Diploma/GED or higher-level education
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Basic math skills required
  • Must be able to operate machines and hand tools
  • Must be able to stand for 2/3 of the day
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted on a frequent basis
  • Ability to read a ruler or tape measure
  • Ability to read a blueprint (preferred)

2nd shift: M-F, 3pm-11pm
Pay: $16-17/hr

These are temp-to-hire opportunities! Consideration for permanent hire will be considered after 3 months based on attendance and performance.
