- Technical skill set with the ability to work with various software applications such as ERP systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office (includes Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Must hold experience with processing and entering orders into the system, working with BOL’s, pricing, managing inventory availability, working with invoices, and responding to customer inquiries while providing solutions and updates on shipments and deliveries.
- Ability to interface with customers and upsell on products as needed
- Work with vendors to schedule preventative maintenance services and all other needs
- Handle returns and credits
- Receive equipment and issues quotes
- High School Diploma
